How the hell did it drop out? 
Anyway I don't think it would be cheap...maybe at a minimum of
$50.
Alternatively, you can go back to the shop where you bought the PS2
and tell them that the modded PS2 they sold to you was not modded
properly and request them to mod it properly for you.
